All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The fact it was an apartment rather than a hotel room ( and for very little more than where I had originally planned on staying) was a pleasant surprise. It was very comfortable and clean. I also appreciated that a WiFi access point was in my room. I had to do a lot of work over the Internet while there and it was a great benefit.

the playground adjacent the hotel was very useful because i had small children the staff were all very friendly especially the bell boy, i think his name is mohammed and the indian man that brings others for housekeeping near the metro the meal, particularly the buffet breakfast was worth the price peaceful neighbourhood popular. every cab driver knows how to get you there. The service and staff was very good and helpful! They found us a dinner at 3 am at a nearer Hotel. Great Quality/Price, we had a giant 4 persons appartment for the price of a standard 3 stars double room anywhere in the world! Good to stay near the airport. Convenient to airport for an overnight stop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool was welcome after a long flight, excellent gym facility too. Spacious and comfortable accommodation which was well priced for proximity to airport. the rooms , the ambience, nearer to airport, less crowd unlike the the deira etc. last year also i satyed here with family. romms without the drawing dining, kitchen if avaialable would be better for just tourists. We scheduled a stopover in Dubai to break a long flight. Apartment is located close to the airport and Metro station.The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Location - close to the airport. Staff were friendly. The rooms are very large, there is a lot of storage in the bedrooms. Kitchen had the basics, well equipped. Nice decorated. shops and restaurants within walking distance and a park right across the street. Excellent Hotel KEEP IT UP!!!. It was clean . The kitchen did not have any bowls or cooking utensils. A microwave oven would be a nice addition. The water for showering was not hot even though I did have the water heater on (the kitchen sink had good hot water). Breakfast was poor and expensive. Hotel hard to locate. breakfast or atleast bed tea should be there. room service and some basics like free water in the room for drinking, cofee powder sugar etc should have been provided. Standard of cleaning and general maintenance could do with improvement. Our bedrooms had windows facing the road so traffic noise was present. Beds were too soft for my liking. The AC unit was too loud. The car park entrence in the paisment is very small There was a Little noise in the ac. wifi not free. . there is no shade on the swimming pole and if they can extend the timing till midnite. The cleaning of the rooms are not excellent. Some of the doors are bad. They can't fix the watching machine that is too bad. walls needed to be painted the air con was too noisy. Management not too good. Items sold internally are little expensive. No bar. the smell when we first come. The internit service. It was very bad and costy. Bathroom heater not working Living room window does not open. the location as it is away from Dubai center dont have an ATM little away from metro no buses, or transportation from the hotel itself. is has poor customer service went there with the booking for two bedroom apart. said we will be there at 6 am when we arieved there is no room available for us my children has to sleep on the sofa at the receiption and people were look us like home less it was horrible experince. their excuse the hotel was full. I just did not understand they were expecting us at 6 in the morning with confirmation email and i even ring the hotel direct to check out. Kitchen utensils were not well maintained and clean. Toilet seats were broken. Toilet Tub was less clean.wifi is chargeable which is common in all hotels service is a little less compared to other fortune group hotels. Expensive compared to location and type of room Internet is not free kitchen is not having all required facilities. The apartment was not clean. The area around the bathroom wash basin was unclean. The (white) towels provided were all brownish with use. Drawer cabinets in the bedroom had no handles, so could not be opened. (Broken handles were actually kept in a corner). the sauna looker was broken. To pay for WiFi. how they can increase money without notice. Parking place is not available. Beds were uncomfortable. Location was very far from city center. Pool was dirty and very small. Service was slow. Seems like an older property. The room cleaning service was really bad. The apartment felt very empty, dirty towels had been left over from previous guests and the toilet roll had not been replaced, the sink had hair in the drain and the floors were untidy. The beds aren't comfortable and I mean it !!, the quality of the furniture is very poor, room services are lazy with no experience. - not clean at all. - narrow parking entrace and exit, the car seem scratching. Not luxury. The rooms were nt properly cleaNed staff are poor And not helpful at all. The cleaning The attitude of the staff No more facilities No good services for the guest. Price not the same as what quoted in letsbookhotel.com. Parking. No facial wash cloths; staff rushed in to lock other rooms not in use without my permission, nothing was modern, needs upgrade throughout hotel.
