My wife and I stayed in Preston Farm Premier Inn. We live in Dublin and have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years, we found Preston Farm to be the best. This hotel will be my first choice when visiting my family in Teesside from now on. The staff, from restaurant, reception and cleaning were helpful, efficient, friendly and courteous to us and made our 10 day pleasant. The bar is comfortable and it is a pleasure to take a drink in there. The restaurant is also pleasant and the food is .

We really enjoyed our stay at Premiere Inn, which was for the occasion of of our son's wedding. The facilities were perfect for this occasion. Bed was a little uncomfortable could have done with a topper on it. My Matteress was not very good, needed changing also staff did not come round to fill up on the soaps or Toilet paper. Nothing. Free WiFi for 30mins only, then you have to pay. Noisy corridor. No lift. A bit out of the way. I was not happy being charged £80,£89,£83.for the week-end when you addvertise the week- end at £45 per night+breakfast@£15, as we only had cerial and 1 slice of toast. We will not be staying at Premier inn any more, as we have been had. Internet. Had to ask for towels and the bath was dirty in the room. But this was quickly rectified. Interesting survey; I notice that Eco and Gay friendly are important to you and that's great, glad of that. Is the fact that we're from a Faith group important to you? Providentially the Gideon's Bible by my bed showed me we were.... So well done!. Room was next to stairs and very noisy. view. Did not sleep very well, room 10, the heat was broken, I was walker numerous occasions but noise from outside, people coming in and out of the hotel, easy enough to hear every word, found the myself to be cold, which stop me from getting back to sleep. bed uncomfortable , soap in shower empty, toilet paper just about empty, rationed out every time go to toilet, wifi no signal most of the day ,.
