Charlton House
In a beautiful, peaceful location in Somerset, surrounded by the rolling Mendip Hills, this 4-star country house hotel boasts unique, individually decorated rooms and a luxurious spa. Decorated with imagination and flair, Charlton House has an atmosphere of comfortable, relaxing and informal splendour, far from the 'look-but-don't-touch attitude of many country houses. All of the luxurious rooms have been individually designed and each has its own unique charm and elegance. Some are large with sumptuous fabrics, beautiful antiques and working fireplaces. Some even have their very own secret gardens. With the feel of a private country retreat, relaxation comes naturally. Charlton House also has a spa, which offers a range of indulgent treatments using its own unique handmade products. The stunning conservatory restaurant serves local specialities and international favourites, with a menu that changes on a daily basis to reflect the finest, freshest, seasonal organic produce available locally.

Elisha has been awarded the “Somerset Life” Chef of the Year 2007, and also awarded the Silver Medal for Bath Chef of the Year 2007.
