  Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely spotless and smelled lovely. My husband found the bed and pillows extremely comfortable.   Great apartments, welcoming, clean, quite and secure. Had all the facilities we'd expected. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. - Friendly staff. Handy location for a parent visiting Sheffield University.
