Double bed was very comfy. There was another large room with two single beds pushed together so this would do for another couple or could be pulled apart for two other occupants. Nice large bathroom with bath. Good sized living room with comfy couch and large tv. Kitchen facilities all worked fine; stocked with basic crockery and pots so suitable for basic cooking. As well as the integrated fridge/washing machine, the microwave and toaster, I liked the small touches like rolling pin & cheese grater! The large flat screen Freeview was an extra bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful when we called at night to say there was no power in our room. it was central to the town centre. The wi-fi was slow and cut out a few times. The only criticism I have is that the loose plug provided for the bath did not fit properly so I had to make do with a shower. No spare toilet roll! (only discovered AFTER I'd run out - eeeek!). There was nothing I would have changed here. I'm definitely using this place again!. As any central location in any city, it can get a bit noisy. Hear plugs will help ;). Traffic noise!. I cant think of anything!. Very steep stairs between floors - cannot be helped, most older buildings in Sheffield are built this way. But wouldn't be suitable if someone had mobility problems. Sometimes the Internet didn't work properly. I stayed there shortly before Christmas, and sometimes in the evening it was very noisy in the apartment above mine and in the street. No bedroom table lights. Stairs! No disabled access, which wasn't an issue for us. But worth pointing out for others. The noise. An alarm was going off next door and it was a bit loud. The stairs suck when you're carrying kids around and there is nowhere to unload your luggage so you have to haul it up half a block from the parking. Very noisy and smelly toilet. Uncomfortable settee. Traffic noise took a bit of getting used to. Needs improved attention to small details. Car parking remote and expensive. Nothing, absolutely no complaints for the price. It would have been nice if there was a hair dryer. Noisy neighbours upstairs Tiny sofa in the living, a little bigger will have been more confortable for two watching tv. I'm sure when I stayed last year there was coffee and soap. This year there was none which was a bit of a pain. cooker went off halfway through cooking!. Curtains needed replacing, entry could do with tidying. Could do with blackout blinds in bedroom because street light kept me awake. nothing. a few steps to get in the building,no good if you have a pram etc, and could do with more info concerning check in and out process. Actually, the price was too good. Corners were cut: no toiletries whatosever, and no tea or coffee either, which in an apartment is unforgiveable. Also poorly maintained and noisy: on a main road and only single glazed. Paintwork needs a deal of TLC.There were quite a few wall cracks and peeled paint on all levels. There were 2 stairs in the apartment and both were very steep. I bring my 2 year old daughter and she's very active, we ended up busy prevented her playing with the stairs. The night when we stayed was really cold and the heaters were not working. The place is very shabby and needs thoroughly cleaning and decorating. The curtains fall off the tracks when you open them, the bathroom was especially grubby, the heating never went off and we weren't shown how to turn it off so everyone woke up far too hot. It is not an apartment, it is a small three bedroomed terraced house. Shower went cold after a few minutes, and wasn't very good, toilet was dirty, dishes were dirty, there was no DVD player as stated in the description, floor was sticky, sofa and bed were very uncomfortable, parking was expensive and far, not worth the money. the fact that the central heating boiler failed to work thus we could not shower or heat the property, the company refused to accept that issues with the boiler existed!!! the premises are tired and dated and in dire need of investment, I would not stay again. Door was not locked Noisy building works going on Only 1 of the beds had linen on it.
