Excellent pool, steam room and sauna... great to relax. Room was a good size, nice bathroom clean tidy well equipped and right in the city centre. Great for what ever you want to do in the city and also handy for sheffield railway station. Swimming pool,spa, gym very enjoyable and never crowded. Bar pleasant atmosphere with opportunity for civilised chat and drink. Pleasant, helpful, courteous staff. Location in centre of city but rooms very quiet.

Pool, spa and beauty therapy all good. I particularly enjoyed the spa, and the hotel was up to the same high standard as the last time I stayed there and the price was excellent value for money.Central location and the hotel facilities. The spa reception should have been offering plastic slippers for use in the pool and thermal suite area as well as small sized towels. As the room did not have a window, the air inside was stale and slightly smelling of food.pillow was uncomfortable!. breakfast was not included and the price of room service was extortionate.The bed was very squeeky and the shower drain was blocked. Air-conditioning not very effective. No onsite car parking. treatments were a little expensive for what we had, even though staff were wonderful and friendly....I'm sure car parking will remain an issue for you. It's a pity it dosen't have a car park would make life so much easier with baggage etc.room service staff was long. Lack of parking. dissapointed a bit with spa not all operational. One member of the bar staff acted very unprofessionally by conducting an argument with one of his colleagues in front of customers, even though all the colleague was pointing out was who should be served next.Only once thing was bad for me - windows in the room cannot be opened.
