We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bright,very well maintained. Choice for breakfast plenty and suits all.Parking secure. - Hotel reception staff where very good , even searched for a phone charger as I'd forgotten mine.

The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa was great. - lovely staff, great facilities, close to city centre and arena. Great view from our window
