No hot water or heating in room (Gloucester). No staff on site to attend to problem.
Noone to meet and greet. Although booked as B&B no breakfast provided. No heating on first night. No information. Room cold and damp. Incorrect info given on phone by owner about contacts and WiFi. Manager not on site- was in the Midlands - I could go on...
Used for stag and hen events and very tired looking and crammed in. More for big groups than a couple travelling on their own.
We booked a suite and paid extra although there are none available at
the property !!! We await the refund for the extra paid.
