Rooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player and have en suite shower rooms. Many rooms have a balcony or French doors leading on to the sun terrace.
The venue boasts panoramic views of the Devon countryside, with modern facilities including a games room and free Wi-Fi.
It is a 2-minute walk into the village where you will find a post office, small supermarket and 2 village pubs. Attractive towns Paignton and Totnes are 30-40 minutes’ drive, as is Dartmoor Zoological Park.

Beautiful old building, well kitted out, excellent lounge and kitchen areas. Great views from rooms overlooking the gardens.
The accomodation was very good,kitchen lounges etc.
Charming old building in lovely rural setting.

including breakfast was misleading,1 loaf in kitchen plus 2 packets of cereal butter etc.diy ! Saw no staff whole weekend.
No hot water or heating in room (Gloucester). No staff on site to attend to problem.
Noone to meet and greet. Although booked as B&B no breakfast provided. No heating on first night. No information. Room cold and damp. Incorrect info given on phone by owner about contacts and WiFi. Manager not on site- was in the Midlands - I could go on...
Used for stag and hen events and very tired looking and crammed in. More for big groups than a couple travelling on their own.
We booked a suite and paid extra although there are none available at
the property !!! We await the refund for the extra paid.
