Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were
exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we
have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a
very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do
anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly

The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking
distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are
friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance.
Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until
10am the next day for free.

The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube /
Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in
either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there
the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond
