The location; the room was lovely and warm and cosy during a very cold weekend in London; the staff were very friendly; it was exceptionally clean; there were nice touches like fresh flowers in the room and bottled water in the mini-bar. - great location, friendly, helpful staff, easy checkin, great looking hotel. Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
