  For the price of the room, it was clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect, 2 min walk to Paddington tube station. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or stay there again myself. Lots of cafe's and bars around the location, and excellent night bus service with a stop right outside the d... what people say » oor! - The hotel is conveniently located very close to Paddington train station. The breakfast is good and starts early. The room was clean, quiet and of proper size.The bathroom was small but it had a great shower. Although we arrived at 11 AM the room was ready. Good value for the price.

A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

  A very pleasant hotel ideally situated just three minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out and came back to pick it up later. My room was on the very top floor of the hotel up eight flights of stairs, but it had a nice view over Sussex Ga... what people say » rdens.   The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tiny but very clean and comfortable (the shower excellent!) and quiet for its location, and the breakfast was great. - Friendliness of staff and the breakfast was good, with plenty of extra toast if you wanted it.. Tea,coffee and milk replaced in room daily. Location was perfect.
