  Having read other guests reviews prior to our stay I was unsure as to what we would find. Despite the comments made by others we had a very enjoyable stay. So what if there are a few bald patches on the carpets and the odd black mark in the bathroom, I was not intending to sleep on the floor nor spend the whole visit in the bath.   Everything! We had a fabulous welcome. We arrived early, and even though they were busy with breakfasts for other guests, we were given a pot of tea to welcome us and were allowed to check in straight away. The accommodation was perfect: clean, cosy and self-contained, with a lovely garden and a quiet, picturesque location. The service was second-... what people say » to-none, and nothing was too much trouble. We were ferried both to and from the NEC, which saved us worrying about transport. Even after we checked ou - The owners are really kind and helpful. They even offer to pick you and even take you to the airport, train station and even the NEC. Enjoyed our stay there had a delicious breakfast and were even offered a packed lunch to take with us for our return flight. It's a homely environment with clean rooms. Suggest the place to whoever wish to stay in a quiet yet homely envirinment :)
