  The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

  The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, with a separate lounge area and large bathroom. The pool was nice and warm. Would recommend. - Every member of staff we encountered were simply outstanding, Their attitude, their appearance, their friendliness, and their customer service was superb!

  There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.   Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

The bar food was vey reasonably priced, and although The Grill restaurant is a little pricey, you do get what you pay for, good food and good service.   Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bright,very well maintained. Choice for breakfast plenty and suits all.Parking secure. - Hotel reception staff where very good , even searched for a phone charger as I'd forgotten mine.
