Interior layout and design was really very well done, couldn't stop looking at the timber framing. Really very comfortable and the underfloor heating was a real winner after being out with frozen feet.
The breakfast was cooked to a pre-arranged time and it was beautiful, quality ingredients.
The bus stop in to Oxford was a 5 min walk with a regular service until quite late, ideal.

We received a warm welcome from Dan and the rest of the staff that we encountered on our one night stay. We booked a classic room and was allocated 'The Pit' which was a very pretty, clean and well presented room. Good pub food in the evening and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. We met some Canadian cousins for the first time and it was a wonderful spot to meet up for lunch on the side of the Thames with them.
