  Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! We will definately be back and were eventalking about making a trip later in the year! - The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the food was great and theroom service

  At the Meon the staf really shone, Holly who was our waitress in the evening was excellent, we felt very special, Tania was equally fantastic who looked after us at breakfast. The reception staff were also helpful and found us dressing gowns without question, well done great service all round. Food was excellent as was the service everywhere.   The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided.
