Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! At the Meon the staf really shone, Holly who was our waitress in the evening was excellent, we felt very special, Tania was equally fantastic who looked after us at breakfast. The reception staff were also helpful and found us dressing gowns without question, well done great service all round. Food was excellent as was the service everywhere. This

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Barcelo Basingstoke Country Hotel. I found all of the staff very friendly and happy to help. The food was excellent and there was a varied choice on the menu. Leisure facilities great - nice to have the opportunity to relax and unwind in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family/colle
