Terrific B&B right across the road from The New Forest National Park. The bed in our room was one of the best we've ever slept in with beautiful, luxurious bedding. Our hosts John and Stephanie were delightful. I came away with 4 jars of Stephanies wonderful homemade jams that she sells to her jam admiring guests.

As soon as we drove up the drive, Seamus was ready to greet us. The welcome was warm and throughout our 3-day stay we felt like house-guests and not customers.
Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and smart.
Breakfast was excellent with each preference and whim catered for very proficiently.
Only a short drive to Ringwood with plenty of rest

We fully enjoyed our stay. Great quality, spotlessly clean rooms and amazing breakfast ! Fresh milk, bottled water and chocolates, coffee & tea facilities on arrival and after a long day exploring this beautiful area was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

The accommodation was spacious clean and with remarkable views. The
location was perfect for what we wanted. The breakfast provisions and
the complimentary wine were an added bonus. The staff could not have
been more helpful. The free parking and the excellent location meant we
could park the car when we arrived and not use it again till we left.

In Portsmouth for 3 days,location was superb within easy walking distance of the Historic Dockyard, restaurants and shops. Fantastic views from the apartment which was on the 12th floor and very modern. Car parking was very secure and free. We would definitely book this accommodation again loved it.

Gill was a lovely friendly Host/owner ... we loved our stay at the Pier, our room was beautiful, very clean the pod bathroom didn't bother us as we are small anyway :) and the shower was fine ... I and we had the Hollywood vanity basin in the room which was great loved the Décor of the Georgian house, and the breakfast was fresh and local produce

- The B&B itself was OK and the room was spacious, warm and big enough
- Location was good, about 15 mins from Train station Portsmouth Harbr and 12 mins from the spinaker tower. It is also nicely located if you are going for some walking as well because it is in the midle distance wise from almost everything
- Breakfast was good typical B&B breakfast (full english and had some fruits as well)

Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place!
Very welcoming, carried my bag in and up to the room 'cafe au lait' in the main farm house.

I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath!
Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Will definitely stay there again highly recomended 10/10. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very delightful few days.

After being in the hotel no more than a few minutes I knew that I would definitely want to stay there again. Friendly and welcoming staff and a huge room with a wonderful view of the sea. Lovely big bathroom too. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is full of character and reminded me of holidays of my childhood. It was a very welcome change from some of the.impersonal and modern hotels I have stayed in.
