The room that we had was of such a good standard. We originally intended to book the Superior Room but as they only have the one, it was't surprising that was already booked up.So we went with the normal double and it ended up being absolutely fine and very comfortable. But this one wasn't, so much so that I quite happily walked around bare- - A nice hotel, if you are traveling through. It was clean (except for the teacups, they were very dirty.) The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy. The hotel is in a beautiful location. The breakfast is nice, only if you do not like a cooked breakfast, there is not much choise. There are some serial, but no bread, nor cheese/ham enz. Only jam for your toast. If they would change that, it would be perfect. We went to Beaulieu in the New Forest (very nice!), when we stayed here. Allso Portsmo

Service attentive and personable. Restaurant was buzzing and relaxed- make sure you book! Parking spot great ( again - book ahead.)
