Taxi fare from this apartment to Heathrow Airport is cheap for a booking of big taxi is only £16 for a family of 4 persons. It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added. Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

Very close to Lancaster Gate station and within walking distance to Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. The staff who received us on Sunday afternoon, 29Sep was very efficient & friendly. The room was cleaned, the towels and coffee/ tea were replenished every day. The wifi connection was excellent! - The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.
