The aparment is big and very nice decorated. It has all the things you could need.
The people in the office was kind and efficient, by mail before arriving and there.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, you have some shops to buy food in the same block and lots of shops and a mall near the underground station, where you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes. You have 3 lines of underground there and buses to go everywhere.

It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time. Really nice helpful staff who took our bags to our room even though it wasn't ready and even did the same when we returned with some shopping. We came back after 10pm due to seeing friends but got our key with no problems.
Nice comfortable bedroom and clean on the whole.
Close to West-Hampstead Tube station
Great breakfast!
The hotel itself is really pretty and it's a nice area around it and the price we paid was great.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in London: new facilities, big rooms; bathrooms in the rooms as well as common ones on the floors so there's no need to wait for one to get free; great location near the Elephant and Castle tube station and a shopping centre; great common area.

Location: not central, but transportation options are very good, Stratford station is just 5 min walk from the hotel.
Room: very good, all necessary for the stay, clean and neat. Cleaning staff did a great job. Maybe a small fridge would be good to have, but that's a minor thing. We were really amazed of how efficient the room space was used.

We were very happy with this hotel. The location is pretty good (in 15-20 minutes you're in the city and there are a lot of shopping opportunities in Stratford), but the most important thing is that it is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and slept well there. It is very simple, as you might expect, but for the price, we were very happy. Free WiFi, but not very fast, there is a possibility for an upgrade though. Can only recommend, especially for younger people who want to see the
