  This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. Location is excellent, bearing in mind that there is the Hopper bus service every 20 minutes or so to terminals 1, 2 and 3. - The room was very comfortable and quiet...something I needed after a long day of t... what people say » ravel.   It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ijust stopped by over night during my travel home, and it was veryrelaxing.   friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems.   The staff was very polite and helpful. The view was really nice. The food in the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoied our stay there. - When we arrived the hotel, they offered an upgrade of a room with breakfast. Swimming pool with steam sauna was wonderful as well.
