For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

This hotel was excellent for location,literally a 5 minute walk from the
airport. There's also a free shuttle bus from stand 2 that drops you
off within 100 yards of the hotel The beds were very comfortable We were
a late check in after a midnight landing at Luton, staff couldn't do
enough. We had a connecting filght at Heathrow back to Canada next day
and booked our seats in advance at the hotel, front desk staff offered

We attended a wedding at this hotel and the staff were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, plenty to chose from.There is only one negative I have about our stay and that was that our mattress was very hard, but they assured me this was being resolved very soon.
