  We loved the proximity of all services: bar, restaurant and ferry. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience was lovely and relaxing. A clean, well-finished accommodation which I'd love to visit again. - We were there to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday and the staff were very friendly.   the staff were mega friendly and so helpfull and the room/facilities were great value for money.I contacted the hotel before arriving and told them of my impending proposal to my now fiance and they included free Champagne (allbeit Cava lol) and chocolates in the room on arrival. The location cannot be beaten, snow capped mountains towering over th... what people say » e mirror like loch fyne was just breathtaking - I love the location of the hotel, that is the 3rd time ive stayed there and each time i come away feeling relaxed. the food is fantastic and so are the staff. the rooms are always spotless and very comfortable.

  Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking! Lochgoilhead in itself is very remote (which is what we with wanted) with fantastic sce... what people say » nery and great walks on your doorstep! - Hotel staff very helpful and friendly..... setting absolutely beautiful.... surrounding area lovely...... very relaxing ... would stay longer next time.... food excellent... cooked to order........ sorry to leave....

  Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.
