    Owners and staff of this immaculate hotel went out of their way to make our stay extremely enjoyable they combined a friendly service with proffesional quality. Good distance from the - It was our first trip with our 6 week old baby - the hotel could not have been more welcoming! As it is a high standard of formal dining offered at the hotel we were uncomfortable taking our baby in to the dining room, the staff set up a small private dining experience for us so we could still have a lovely dinner but not disturb other guests!     The hotel was in a lovely location, a perfect break before travelling further into Scotland. The welcome was genuinely friendly and all staff were very helpful.     I stayed in 'Corbett' room which includes an en suite sauna in your bathroom and breathtaking views as your balcony is literally feet away from the loch. The stunning Scenery and how big the room was amazed me. We stayed in room 67 in the building behind the main facility and couldnt recommend it more. We got a great deal (£66 booked on the same day - spur of the moment stop-over), the room had a personal sauna, the restaurant was absolute quality and worth the £80 we paid for 3 courses. The hotel also had a decent pool, sauna, steam room etc. Will definitely strive to go back in the near feature.

    Christine and Colin go out of their way to make all their guests feel welcome,they make the effort to learn names and use them. Nothing is too much trouble,their hotel is maintained to a very high standard and the food is at least equal to any 4* hotel.     Beautiful decor, excellent service and amazing food! It's on the banks of Loch Awe and nestled in the countryside. I would whole-heartedly recommend it for a bit of luxury. - Fantastic hotel, very comfortable, luxurious and very friendly staff.
