    Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again ;) - I liked the comfort of the room the nice bar and... what people say » the entertainment on the Saturday night. The breakfast was also nice and the staff were helpful.

    The Hotel owners were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was lovely, cosy, clean beautifully equipped. - good location, clean, tidy and nice and friendly hosts. would certainly stay again.

    Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

    Stopped over night after travelling on a ferry most of the day. I emailed them ahead to say we would be checking in late and was advised perhaps we would want to eat before we arrived as the kitchens closed at 9pm, so we were able to eat in a nearby town. We were travelling with our dog and were given a room on the second floor overlooking the lak... what people say » e so that we had more room. Oldie worldly premise that just goes on room after room. We checked in and only saw one lady who was the daughter, she was - Staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, as we arrived too early. We then went to Inverary and looked around the castle. They even took the bags upstairs before we came back. Room was quirky and lovely. Bathroom too. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast and fish. Plenty to eat. Nice view from restaurant. Also have garden to sit in.

    Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking! Lochgoilhead in itself is very remote (which is what we with wanted) with fantastic sce... what people say » nery and great walks on your doorstep! - Hotel staff very helpful and friendly..... setting absolutely beautiful.... surrounding area lovely...... very relaxing ... would stay longer next time.... food excellent... cooked to order........ sorry to leave....

    We enjoyed our stay at Craigard House. The owners Roger & Lori were very accommodating as we arrived rather late the first night but they still served us dinner and then we changed our booking for 2 nights instead of 1. Lori explained that we would have to change rooms for the second which we did and they gave us an equally lovely room with ... what people say » a view over Campbelltown Loch. We ate in their dining room both nights and the food was delicious. We enjoyed chatting with Roger about the history - I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my wife and another couple & found that it ticked all the boxes, Clean, Tidy, and the proprietors both Roger & Lori were helpful & friendly. They have put a lot of hard work in bringing a shell of a property back to life again. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot along side the harbour inlet. I will be using this hotel in the future when in that area on business from now on.

    My wife and I stayed at Ayres Guest House for one night as part of a tour of the west of Scotland. We were met by the owner who was very courteous and should us to our room which was on the first floor and faced the bay, the views were beautiful. The room itself was well appointed and all the usual facilities were available. The en suit was a litt... what people say » le on the small side but served very well (maybe I’m just too big). The breakfast was ample and a good selection of continental and traditional cooked - Excellent location with great sea views from the front of the building . Nearest pub is next door & also very convenient for the town, trains & ferry's. The room was fairly small but clean and cosy and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Will recommend and if ever I'm back in Oban would happily stay here again.

    We had a twin room with a massive bathroom, and heaters that made it cosy. The lounge is just great - a big kitchen to cook in or make pots of tea. In the morning we'd sit by the sliding doors looking out over stunning sea/mountains/sky. My teenager was glad for the free wifi, tho a bit slow it helped us finalize our hike route. the staff are love... what people say » ly. The sheep next door wondered about with the dogs and behaved like pets. I can imagine this place is great for groups or families in the summer, to - The kitchen facilities so we were able to prepare sandwiches for the day out and also meant we could keep eating costs down by preparing an evening meal. Good to meet interesting people from different countries in the communal lounge area. Comfortable lounge area, well stocked fridge for continental breakfast and good facilities for the use of everyone.

    the staff were above average. the service was excellent. the food was perfect. everybody was friendly. - Bridgett was fantastic and so welcoming, even though we were the only guests it was still such a fantastic hotel! And a great location, a nice walk to a kirk and then Helensburgh.

    The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Had the best nights sleep for months whilst staying in room 6! We had dinner at the hotel which was excellent - I particularly enjoyed the Loch Fyne scallop risotto. The bar is cozy and well stocked with local ales, and has lots of... what people say » other choices. There also a nice seating area outside with stunning views over the kyles. We had our dog with us who was also made very welcome. We h - The views from the hotel were stunning. The bedroom was large and very comfortable.     Loved this guest house, room was gorgeous and with a panoramic view high above Oban, and even binoculars supplied. Carolyn the owner had thought of everything to could need in the room, even a sewing kit!! She also gave us takeaway breakfast which was great as we were on an early ferry to Mull. Excellent nights stay and look forward to returning. ... what people say » - Lovely B&B and our rooms had a fantastic view over Oban and the coast (what a sunset!). The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and beautiful. Of course the breakfest was also very good, served in a dining room, with a lovely see. - A real find. Wonderful; building sympathetically restored. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly proud of their surroundings. Our room (no. 2) was lovely, contemporary furnishings complimenting the period features very well indeed. Bathroom a little small, but, given the building's constraints, this was entirely understandable.
