The room was nicely furnished and the staff were excellent. Everything was good quality, especially the food in the restaurant. Quality of room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Location, friendly staff and very relaxing. We had an accient in our car on the way from Gatwick. Each member of staff went out of their way to help, even by helping with emergency repairs and helpful hints for how to pass the next morning in Portsmouth.the room and facilities+cable tv. friendly staff good breakfast nice comfortable lounge would stay there again no complaints at all. Staff excellent. Friendly helpful staff, good location. Staff friendliness. breakfast facility and service was excellent. Located in a nice neighborhood not far from the ferry terminal. Staff answered questions promptly. The breakfast was good: choices of traditional vs healthy breakfast. bed mattress far to hard. The hotel was not worth the money. No elevator. Our room was at the top of three flights of stairs; no help carrying luggage. The room was small, plain and lacked charm. The internet system was weak; no signal in the room, we had to use the laptop in the lobby. The registration form asked our choice of paper; we were charged one pound and the paper wasn't delivered to us.
