Friendly reception. The breakfasts, the garden and local amenities.Informal atmosphere. I do not know how it could qualify as a hotel. It is essentially a bedand breakfast. Given this fact it is grossly overpriced.the lady was nice and breakfast was gd. The advertised licensed bar facility had been discontinued.It is not a hotel.
