I came from Manchester and stayed in Nottingham Premier Apartments because I was taking my children to see Chris Brown in FM Trent Arena. To my surprise it was right next to it. Me and the kids completely loved our stay, staff, convenience, comfortableness, cleanliness and that I could cook my own food and not have to keep travelling out to eat. Had all the necessaties, iron, stereo, towels,etc.

Washing up liquid & washing up equipment at property very helpful as we stayed only 1 night & hadn't though to bring it. Same for tea & coffee. The apartment was spacious and clean with excellent room facilities. The location (next to the arena) was superb as we had travelled to a concert.Easy to drive to with onsite parking. closeness to arena for the show we travelled to see.Central for exploring nottingham. The staff were especially helpful and pleasant, the appt was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location, easy checking in/out, convenience and privacy. Really friendly staff. Common sense approach. Very welcoming.location and the supplies provided was great. Location and size of rooms. Fantastic facilites. Comfort of room. All very good. Everything. It was like home from home in that we had a kitchen, dining area and open lounge along with a bedroom and kitchen. Whoever chosses the staff derserves a medal, they were just fab. convenient for the show we were attending. short walk into town. car was secure and we parked up fri and didnt use it again until sunday. all in all very good weekend.Great location, Friendly, helpful staff, Apartment to a very high standard. Location, I was looking for somewhere near Ice Arena Venue where I went to see a concert without worry about an 80 mile drive home after. Kitchen was cool to have. We brought our own food and saved lot's of money instread of eating at overpriced downtown restaurants. Convenient location and well furnished. I think parking should be included in the price rather than charged as extra.The hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly, the apartment room was even bigger than the one advertised. It's handy for the Arena! It's very luxurious. Rooms were comfortable, close to ameneties. was nicley set out and spacious. next to the ice arena. Close to centre. it was comfortable, in a well central area so walkable to the main sites which valuable with a baby. Great to have an apartment for the price of a hotel. Amount of space, appartment facilities, comfort. Spacious rooms. Staying at the apartments was so much easier than staying in a hotel as we have a small child and want to put them to bed and still be able to stay up and have a meal and conversation. There is plenty of room for little ones to play and you don't have to feel on guard should they cry or make a noise playing. Apartment was very well equipped.Unfortunately as we were only there for an ice hockey game we were unable to take advantage of this.Bed comfy, room temperature good.Very central and comfortable. Close to City Centre. ideal for the arena and city centre. That we had to go hme,lol. Absolutely nothing we did not like!. Would have preferred a room with a view.Wehad a room looking onto a fire escape and a wall.Nothing, I did keep walking into the bathroom instead of the bedroom though cos the doors are the same. Getting in keypad didn't' work until third time trying! No bed site light for ensuite.Only bad point was noisey doors. We did not think highly to the communal areas, these need some serious attention. cd player didnt work but that was just minor inconvenience. The car park codes given were incorrect.Not clear about checking in, where, when and how. Would appreciate more frequent change of towels and refill of bathroom necessities. Only issue I have is with the bathroom. Some of the seal and grouting was black and the side panel of the bath was loose and grubby. When we left on the Saturday morning at 9.30am there was no reception.We followed the instructions to leave our key in the black box outside, but felt it was insecure as you could reach in and retrieve it because someone had stuffed some paper in the bottom.asked for non-smoking room, but could smell smoke as soon as we arrived. Need locks on the bed. Also went flying on rug in bedroom.hallways were very tired looking and grubby, the internal apartment doors made lots of noise when opening and closing very annoyoing. I have stayed a few times, however on every occasion there is a strong curry/spice smell throughout hotel and is very strong smelling in the apartments. This is very off putting. Storage heaters? I haven't seen them in years. Mould on tub seal and funky smell in bathroom and the beds sagged more than I liked. Otherwise it was a place to crash after the concert. The bathroom smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non smoking apartment.I thought the room I was in this time was a bit noisy. (Apt 28). The fridge motor was particularly noisy, and there was more traffic noise coming in. Cut my foor on the front door (it is very heavy to pull open and cut open my foot. Spent much of my day at the walk in centre or not able to do as I'd planned. Spoke to manager and completed an accident form. maintanence work was easy to see, not covered up where repairs had been made. and the fact you cant leave any doors open around the apartment. the bathroom wasn't great, bath was moudly. i had to remind them about the baby cot despite booking it in advance by telephoning ahead, and the fridge door was falling offf, but otherwise, it was very comfortable!. the iron!! riveted to the ironing board made it pretty nigh impossible to use. Noise carried easily, heavy wooden doors banged a good deal. I thought it could be cleaner (for example, carpets were rather grubby, the reception window was dirty) it was a bit unkempt and very impersonal. Not in the best part of Nottingham but it was a quick walk in to the centre but it did its job for us.Despite following instructions,we were unable to work the television at all. Reported to the desk as requested but still not working when we returned later. Cleanliness of bathroom floor. Fee for internet usage. Doors constantly banged shut.The fridge in the kitchen did not work properly. hallways need a clean up. Some what over sold, the facility is becoming dated.

Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note if the booking is for the same day arrival the security deposit can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 21:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
