The location was excellent for the theatre , shopping the tube and buses as well as walking . Every thing that you could have needed as a traveller were with in a stone throw of the accommodation.
All of the staff was very friendly! The apartment was in a great location and felt very safe. It was also very spacious!.

The location is a killer.
Perfect location, clean.
Gppd location within walking distance to lots of shopping and china
town and Prince of Wales Theater, large Boots store nearby, fully-
equipped studio apartment, clean, modern, full-size shampoo and body
wash, hair dryer.
location and close to underground, central London, appliances in good working order, responded to request for linen promptly.
The location was great right in the middle of everything. Walk to many
restaurants, shows etc.
Location excellent; checked in an hour early with no problems; felt secure.
Location. Was able to check in early.
I stayed for 10 nights, and I found the following:
1- The best location in London.
2- Direct and clear View on the Piccadilly Circus from the windows.
3- Washing Machain, and very small kitchin.
4- Safe area and building.
5- Free Wireless.
6- A guy there is called Faried who will meet you only twice (on check in and ckeck out) is very friendly and helpful.
Location was convenient. But not worth what we paid.
That the air con was broken and the lift kept breaking down. Lastly, the accommodation entrance was very hard to find .
Took a long time for the agent to give us the keys and let us in, she
never gave us the Wi-Fi password so no internet access, front door to
building was a bit stuck and hard to open with the key, not enough
toilet paper for 3 nights, flat smelled like meat from the steak
house next door.
power points not working, lights not working, no deadlock on door for balcony, no way to lock front door from inside (child slept walked out front door), uncomfortable fold out bed.
We had to wait for someone to arrive with our key. The apartment was not
very clean. The worst part was the noise outside at night. We got very
little sleep because of people partying in the alley outside our window
then, cleaners, delivery trucks etc all very very loud all night. Also
the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The apartment was tiny but
that didn't bother us as it had everything we needed.
Beds were very hard and uncomfortable; apartment not very clean.
Should leave instruction on adjusting water heater. Shower water was too
hot. Have to call to get wifi information.
1- Not and an apartment and not even a Studio (Only huge room with half a wall in the Middle). So it is not good for married people who want to have fun.
2- No reception.
3- No balcony (liars) Only big three windows.
4- Very bad air conditioner (Not working at all)
5- No House Keeping and no Room Services at all (Cleaning the room costs 50 Pounds!!).
6- No telephone.
7- Walls are very thin.
The managers lied about coming back to help out with the broken air conditioner. They told me (and my travel agent) several times they would bring us some fans. They lied. They didn't attempt to contact us. Essentially, once they have your money, they don't care about you. Very bad way to do business.
