  The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.   I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. We did not have a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I would have liked to as the menu was appealing and was the look of the facilities.   For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. They do not advertise free wifi but we were able to log on at no charge. - As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

My wife is a coeliac and the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were dead friendly too.

  Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. On top of it, excellent food and great location for a shopping day makes it a perfect location.Would love to go back - Reception staff were lo... what people say » vely and very helpful. Good Recommendation for somewhere for us to get lunch in town, as we couldn't check in until later. Good sized room, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed, with the exception of it's size. Breakfast was also of very good quality. We will return.
