Stayed at the hotel a few times now and always had a nice room , rooms are just what you need and the views of the docks or even the Echo Arena are good ! I would always come back to this hotel :). the hotel was lovely the room was very modern and clean, the bed was very very comfy, the shower was great too. the hotel is very modern and we will definately stay here again.Room was very clean and staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was excellent. Location was brill very central to all off the city. early check in was ok ,late check out was also ok. friendliness of staff and location. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed. The staff were attentive and helpful. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food and drink. The hotel was right opposite the Liverpool Echo Arena, and very close to the multi-storey car park, which is what we wanted. The hotel was excellent value for money as it also included breakfast.The view from the room -over the docks- was very pleasant on the eye. The hotel was in a very good location.Cleanliness. A very large room overlooking the dock and close to Liverpool Arena. It was very close to the Echo Arena. Its location and comfy bed. nice and airy hotel. Location. 11am chekout after a heavy night ! ....maybe should be made to 12 - but this is being really harsh. one small point. Access to the rooms via the key card was a little difficult. However it made us feel comfortable about security.Check out was very busy only one receptionist. the lighting was not adquate in the room. Despite requesting a quiet room near the top of the hotel, we were given a room at the front of the hotel, on the same floor as Reception and the bar. We were kept awake until 2am Sunday morning from people leaving the neighbouring bars and nightclubs. Also the internal fire doors closed noisily, which also kept us awake. Fire drill at 420 in the morning. Car Parking was not obvious for first time visitor, local exhibitioncentre car park used a few hundred yards from hotel need to be madeclearer that it serves hotel guests. Was actually tough to find at 1st. It's on the far corner of Albert Dock from the town center, enter from the outside. Only that on our last morning the next room to us there was 2 young boys with their grandparents who ran up and down the corridor, making a lot of noise. That has nothing to do with the hotel but just thought i would mention it. Stay was very good. it was overpriced by about £20 per night. Beds a bit too small and soft but nothing much ;). There is not a bath tub there. It is not shoud be.Our room was above the beatles muesum and we were woken each morning @10am with their music blaring! Very very annoying. Even with the windowclosed we could not hear the tv!. We had intended on visiting the museumbut after two days of non stop music blaring we did not want to see themuesum and I never want to hear their music again! Although the hotelitself was nice I would never stay there again and I will be sure tospread the word to friends and family. toaster took 5 minutes to toast a slice of bread ( we timed it) . No fault of you staff, guests did not clear their tables after breakfast so we had to sit in the lounge area.The reception on the 2nd floor, and not at entrance, with very little parking in front. Had to park car in ackward place, and run up to check in and tke bags to room. The breakfast could have had a better selection.there could be a better breakfast selection but overall good value for money. That it did not provide toilitries/shampoo. The bed vallance was soiled.Our room was over the Beatles museum so we didnt need an alarm clock! Just as well we like their music. Bottle skips being emptied at 5am each morning outside our room-very noisy. car parking charges were expensive,could do with some discount through staying at the hotel.When the frie alarm went off at 4.00am the hotel staff cannot have had any idea of which guests had vacated as no proper organisation and taking of guests room No. was done, very unsatisafctory.

The first one is opposite the hotel is a Pay and Display parking bay.
