A central well priced hotel with an excellent staff who were very helpful. The facility were above average. A very good stay thank you. The reception staff were awesome especially Innocent! Rooms impeccibly clean, god facilities, nice view and close to bus station.the hotel was modern clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was excellent in its location of wgere I wanted to be.

No car park. No. I booked last minute so got the rooms at 40% of the normal cost!. on asking for direction on the phone i was put to a man who swore at me. Directions to the car park. Nothing really, although we did not stay in a lot. Pillows a bit hard!!. lack of carparking. I booked a double room and when I got there the spare bed was also up and made up - which meant there was not much space.the view over the brewery. used to King sized beds, double felt tiny!. Distance from car park was ridiculous. They said it was 5 minute walk - more like 15. Luckily it wasn't raining. Also very difficult to find the hotel by car. Breakfast was average although they went out of their way to find me a natural yoghurt. Bar staff very slow - in fact perhaps understaffed. A bigger bed would be nice. the noise from other rooms. No hot water in the shower in the room - this is the second time this has happened us in Jurys Leeds. i did'nt like the amount of noise and how it was controlled and the cleaner just burst straigt in are room in the morning withouth nocking or givin us any notcie!!!. There was confusion over our booking and we were initially given the wrong room thought this was sorted out. the bar was under staffed and i had to wait 15 mins to get served and then it was in a plastic cup! This was totally unacceptable.length of time to be served food, and the phone ringing in the room at 11.30 at night!!!! I did not enjoy being woken up!. Staff were unhelpful, the television didn't work.
