The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we we're upgraded to the JFK suite.   The whole Hilton, paddington experience for my girls weekend was fabulous, stepping off the train and straight in, check in, leave luggage with sweet gentlemen in reception and when we got back and went to our room, it was beautiful, spacious, newly decorated, new, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, first class.
