Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. (Th

I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating. My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. Lots of storage space as well in such a small room. The hotel has put a lot of thought to maximize the usage of every inch of the room! We stayed in room #1, seemed just newly renovated since

Your categories don't cover any of my experience: I was with one
friend, not a couple, not a group. I was there for business and
pleasure, wouldn't have been there without either. You ask for first
name or anonymous (they are the same thing!) for a review, I would say
my complete name or none. I love the aesthetics of the place, it's
cozy and relaxing, people are friendly to each other. Perfect size for
privacy or friendliness. Excellent breakfasts. The look is a 40's
