We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing. When we arrived back we were given our key to our suite and another delicious cookie. Our suite was spotless and a delight to spe

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
