  Warm and welcoming. Food excellent except for one entree and lack of chef for breakfast early one morning but choices were great. Fantastic location especially for original tour bus and St Pauls and Waterloo station although directions from station could have been clearer or more precise it took us three attempts. My partner has MS and the manager went out of his way to make sure all was ok for us. He was just very kind and helpful. The man on reception when we checked in was excellent too.

  We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.... what people say » There were some nice places to eat near by - cooked breakfast for under a £5 in London! and a great food stall just up the road that serves homemade, - Especially friendly and helpful staff in total, but these 3 persons need an award: the very friendly mechanic who repaired the sink stop in a couple of minutes, the manager of the restaurant on 23.04./24.04.name: Iliantor ? the manager at the reception : Salem the location is fantastic, Globe,Tates, OXO,Thames cruises, tube, all in very short walking distance, was perfect for us! quiet room, nice design very delicious English breakfast in total: we will come again and also recommend this hotel

  The apartment was ideal for a family of four. The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.   The bar, restaurant, lounge and locker area were absolutely amazing! They were places that welcomed a single traveller and really encouraged them to start chatting with other people in the hostel. The whole layout of that area was superb, by far the best I've encountered during my travels, and I'm definitely going to stay at another St. Christopher... what people say » s Hostel in the future. Also, the staff really were excellent, always smiling, extremely friendly, with such a genuine "can do" attitude. 10/10 al - Breakfast was simple but fine. The hostel was for girls only and therefore quiet and clean. There was lots of space in the room (compared to other same type of hostels) and there were lockers for everyone under the beds. Free wi-fi in the room. For that price it was perfect!

  The apartment is modern, comfortable and well maintained. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges etc. I have stayed in other apartments around the world and these items often are not included. Tesco express just downstairs is very useful. You check in - The location is excellent! the staff is really nice I especially like to mention Tatiana Alonso and the reception staff. They were nice, friendly and provide us very useful. The apartment is very well equipped and the folders with recommendations about restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and general information were extremely useful and accurate. .
