  the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Restaurants we visited: Sporano's is a very good restaurant if you like Italian food besides pizza and - We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... what people say » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.
