  Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building. Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters. Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c... what people say » lean it ourselves. I do not recommend it at all. Thirdly, the - I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and will definetely be staying there again.

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. The hotel is on a quiet part of the road and a good selection of restaurants are only a stroll away. P - The location was great since it was near the Baker tube station. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. We had a triple room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to make sure we were guests.
