2) Mark Jordans food was exceptional both in terms of quality and (relative) value for money (we had the £65 3 course)
3) Location and views provided by hotel. Whilst it is a bit out of the way, it was lovely none the less

Facilities were good but sold a holiday with a pool only to find out this had very restricted hours to use it.if i had known i would have gone elsewhere.
Accommodation good quality, as a pedestrian the walk to the bus along a road with no footpath. Generally a good holiday but would choose somewhere nearer coast if we were to rely on the buses though.

The staff at hotel Mirimar were very helpful and couldn't do more to make our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Hotel was in a lovely location, easy to find.The staff were lovely and really helpful and obliging.
My friend and I had a lovely break and the beach was only a few minutes walk.

Quite simply the nicest hotel we've stayed at. Friendly staff, stunning views (from bedroom/balcony, restaurant and gardens/terrace) and nice comfortable rooms. It's most definitely a hotel you can relax in and you feel very much like a "house guest" rather than just a paying customer. Would stay there again tomorrow! -

The hotel is set right on the coast with wonderful views of Corbiere lighthouse. We stayed in October and the hotel was very, very quiet only a few guests. Our room was fantastic as it overlooked the coast, had a balcony and it was large and clean.

The whole experience. The room had a wonderful view, comfy bed, en-suite, clean, decent sizes mugs for drinks in the room. Restaurant and bar clean and well staffed, food good. All staff very friendly and helpful. Garden and pool area facing the sea, very relaxing and peaceful. would like to return in future. Thr beach at St Brelade was beautiful with a good choice of restaurants and free car parking on Sunday!

We stayed in one of the cottages which are of a very high standard. Decoration is attactive and there are some lovely touches; comfortable and stylish.
Staff were helpful, responsive and kindly - without being intrusive. We were travelling with my elderly mother and aunt and the team at La Place made everything very easy for us.

Fantastic stay at Hotel La Place, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were picked up from the airport and upon arrival out bags and check in were taken care of while we enjoyed complimentary champagne in the bar! We were even lucky enough to have a free room upgrade to the newly refurbished Deluxe room which was beautiful.
