We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Superb hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived early to leave my bags but was told there was a room available - not the best room but it was ready now. So I happily checked in and was taken to my room and shown a shortcut out rather than the maze through hotel. Room was slightly small but lovely.
