  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side.
