The staff were helpful. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for just 1 nights stay without spending ridiculous amounts of money for somewhere in central London. Easy to get to London Underground, literally a 5 minute walk to Euston/Euston Square. For the price, I can't complain. Pretty much luxury for a hostel! Definitely will be using the place again.

The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. I was worried that there would be a line for the showers but I only saw one person my entire stay. It is very quiet and did not have any issues with being woken up in the middle of the night. I was surprised to see that there were many different age groups represented. The staff was very friendly

We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Our personal overal quotation would be 9

Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. The breakfast every morning is wonderful - made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato & baked beans with toast, coffee, tea an array of juices, cereals and fruits! Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.
