  Stayed here for 1 night with my partner, we were attending a function close by so location was excellent. we arrived half a hour early but the gentleman on reception was very helpful and rather than make us wait while our room was been cleaned, he changed our room so we could check in early. although the room wasn't huge, there was plenty of room ... what people say » for 2 people and as the hotel was fairly new all the facilities were up to an excellent standard. I would definitely use this hotel again, it was even - Great position, Shoreditch is full of pubs, clubs and restaurants and very close to the City! Old street underground station is 5-10 minutes on foot; next to the hotel there is the bus stop (buses to the Tower of London, Oxford Circus and Waterloo). Hotel clean and new. "Mediterranean" breakfast. Staff very gently.

  The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. I was delighted that the special offer was on for 79 pounds otherwise staying wouldn't have been possible to do.
