We stayed in room 9 which was a little outhouse it was lovely and cosy. Modernised. And very quiet! We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty. Would definitely stay again -

This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite. Our room was at the top of the building and was decorated nicely and beds were comfy, mirror was broken (but not like that is end of the world). We only wanted to sleep here and have a good breakfast in the morning which we did. Cereal, juice, coffee/tea and full cooked breaskfast with toast. -
