  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and 10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy.   The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The only thing was the reception at the hotel is small, when we arrived a large party(around 20) was checking in, so we had quite a time to wait to check in. There also was only one lift working at this time so everything was slow.   The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything.   This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time. Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed. - The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.
