Excellent staff, the most comfortable beds I've come across in my travels, extremely good value for money and the breakfast is well worth booking and keeps you going all day. provided everything needed for a short stay. room spacious, comfortable & clean. food at adjourning restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The pub is close to the beautiful village of Pin Mill. It is a 15 minute drive. It is also withing walking distance of Ipswich city centre.

We have used this Premier Inn several times before. good location for what i needed, reception staff (Andy) very friendly and helpful. room clean. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I would say that the breakfasts here were the worst we have experienced. Food came out very quickly but perhaps too quickly as on both days fried eggs were very much undercooked. Coffee was cold both days. It wasn,t as quiet as i thought it would be and would have preferred the bed to the normal height of other beds and the low bed is not good for people with hip problems. The car park was a nightmare as we only just found a space to park in. It was Saturday night when we arrived so the pub next to the hotel was extremely busy. It might be an idea to section off the carpark with the amount of guest booked in. Nothing. Breakfast in the pub was bland, though staff were helpful. Uncomfortable bed. Nothing. good breakfast but full buffet would have been better. Nothing to raise as an issue. Restaurant told by hotel receptionist no need to book. Not so had to wait for a table approx 45 minutes. Restaurant needs a bit of a shake up management wise. Our waiter very good. Slamming doors all evening Soft close doors would be a good idea. The lack of water pressure. Service a bit off at breakfast. If you are looking for views then this is not the place for you. If you are stopping one night then its ok. Food wise - exspensive for what it is. we had our evening meal in the beefeater next door as we had arrived late due to bad traffic .orderd fish and chips cost 11.99 each smallist sized portaion I have ever seen, eight chips each tail end of fish all batter no fish a ramkin of garden peas half full to ratty to complain after long trip,regret not doing so. rooms too hot and fan useless food serevice very slow and staff unhelpful in restaurant and bar. No air conditioning. They didn't have adapter for european power connectors.
