  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. Rooms are bit small but travelling from USA to Europe, that is the norm. However you will forget about the smaller sized rooms after the way the hotel treats you... what people say » . Excellent and would stay again whenever back in London. Location is very close to train station to train ride to central London very convenient. Bre - The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

  Staff were so helpful and polite, I've stayed in some lovely and posh hotels in the past and can't recall ever being so impressed by how nice everyone was! Great price great location for getting the tube into the centre. Beefeater was decent family food too! Rooms lovely and clean.   We found the hotel to be warm and welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room, though small, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel. - Extremely helpful staff and new premises.
