Staff were so helpful and polite, I've stayed in some lovely and posh hotels in the past and can't recall ever being so impressed by how nice everyone was! Great price great location for getting the tube into the centre. Beefeater was decent family food too! Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was fantastic too. The staff at reception were very pleasant and always very helpful, The hotel has easy access to Central Line of underground train station and bus stations. The presence of Beefeater restaurant next door and other eateries makes our stay more peasurable.

The intermittent failure of the internet udring my stay was annoying, although I was told that the trhird party internet service provider had technical challenges that week. I got a refund of part of the subscription I paid for internet sevice due to the poor network connection. No bananas for breakfast! Would have been ideal for the babe. No other complaints. The carpet was old and smelt, needed a deep clean or replacement. We had to wait a bit at check-in and for cutlery at breakfast. There may be a small fridge in the room. Shower not too powerful. I can only say that the Beefeater restaurant next door in the evening is totally bad news, you will wait for ever. It's the management not staff. No fridge in the room. Paying at start not at leaving. The breakfast at the Beefeater. Tea cold and coffee horrible. Only had one breakfast there and that was more than enough. It was very hot- not P Inn's fault!!. traffic very noisy at night. need proper double glazing. we stayed in room 8 a grt size room but we heard people walking around overhead until 1,30 and again early the next morning which wass annoying as we were very tired but the staff were do frienddly we didnt mention it. Pretty basic facilities and also no lift to second floor. The constant drone of traffic on the M11 just outside my window. Warm room and didn't want to open the window due to traffic noise. The gastro pub next door had stopped serving at 11.15 on a Saturday when I went along for a night cap. the bed was very uncomfortable. the windows dint seem very goof considering it was on a motorway jnc.
