  The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was so lovely and comfortable that we did not really want to leave the hotel for the concert / meeting friends that was the reason for the visit. Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

  The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill.   we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and... what people say » made us want to return to this hotel when we come back to glasgow in the future - Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

Also, a variety of eating places in the complex offering burgers, Me - I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs. The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave. As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay. Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player.
